The village of Livina

The village is one of the smallest, but also one of the oldest documented villages in central Ponitria. The first written mention of it dates back to 1234.

It boasts the Roman Catholic Church of St. Štefan, Kráľ, in which only the preserved constructions of the original Romanesque building appeared. There are also monuments from the Stone Age and a single-wheeled water mill. Regular cultural events enliven the lives of the inhabitants. For example, a representative ball of the village of Livina or a volleyball tournament is organized.
