In 2017, the local native and ethnomusicologist Ondrej Demo collected local folk songs, which were released on the CD "Ej, nad Branovom". In the past, Branovo belonged to the royal courts. The family farm at Gazdovské dvor is dedicated to the way of growing plants and raising animals. Agrotourism is also very popular. From the tourist's point of view, the local baroque church and chapel are worth a visit.
