The village of Kľúčovec (Hungarian: Kulcsod) is a village in Slovakia, in the district of Dunajská Streda. Kľúčovec lies in the Danubian Lowland in the southern part of Žitný ostrov, on the young aggravation wall of the Danube. The predominantly deforested flat area is formed by gravels and sands of the wheel formation, on which lie the river deposits of the Danube. The Danube, the Čiližský stream and the Čalov canal flow through the area, and the meander lake Lion flows near the village.
