There is a permanent exhibition of the Municipal Museum of Gerulata, which is unique in that it brings to the public traces of the Romans. Archaeologists have gradually uncovered the ruins of a Roman well, the ruins of furnaces, tombstones and altars, as well as the remains of a Roman forum. They discovered burial grounds, coins, fragments of utility ceramics and other valuables. The Museum of Ancient Gerulata, in which archeological finds are exhibited, is located behind the Rusov Roman Catholic Church.
The manor house in Rusovce and the adjacent park are among the favorite places of rest of Bratislava, so due to the suspended reconstruction of the castle it is inaccessible to the public and dilapidated. The English park is open to the public.
The Slovak Folk Art Collective (SĽUK) is also located in Rusovce, which is a professional artistic body operating in the field of artistic processing and interpretation of traditional folk culture in Slovakia since 1949.
