Lontov is a small village located in the south of Slovakia, in the Nitra region, in the district of Levice, west of the river Ipeľ. The village is crossed by the Jelšovka stream. It borders the village of Ipeľský Sokolec to the east, the village of Kubáňovo to the north and the villages of Sikenica and Šalov to the west.
