extracurricular activities
• 13 hobby groups of various specializations, good preconditions for sports training - systematic work in the field of sports within sports clubs and activities of the athletics department at primary school, achieving excellent results in district to Slovak sports competitions, in athletics and international competitions
• "School of the Year" 2009 and 2013, award within the evaluation of the 5 best schools for up to 300 students in Slovakia
• activities of the children's folklore ensemble Juránek - children from the youngest age (3-14 years), a rich repertoire in the field of folklore, school and community representation, within the ensemble and work with parents and friends of folklore (organizing joint stays in summer camps)
