The central part of the Bor lowland is formed by Bor (Záhorácky "búr"), a continuous area of loose sands, located northeast of Malaciek and south of Šaštín-Stráž. The windy sands form a low-hilly relief with closed drainless depressions. There are sandy dunes, which sometimes form irregular, unilaterally elongated hills.

Long-term planting of pine trees, due to afforestation of loose sands, suppressed the natural character of forests, but cycling here offers endless possibilities of roads and paths, where you can find several magical nooks and crannies.

A nice route leads, for example, along an unpaved road from the Lásek cottage to Gazárka.
