The goal of our cheese production is to continue the traditional production of cheese, while the result of our work are natural products with which we enrich the world of gastronomy. Our family farm and cheese factory is located in the village of Dolné Saliby. Our products are made in larger quantities from cow's milk and to a lesser extent in sheep's milk. Love, effort, diligence are put into our cheeses, and therefore every piece of cheese is a piece of us.
