We focus primarily on the production of premium still and sparkling wines, from our own grapes from first-class Modranské hounds. Currently grown varieties are Pinot blanc, Chardonnay, Silvan green, Veltlin green, Riesling vlašský, Pesecká Leánka, Sauvignon blanc, Irsai Oliver, Moravian nutmeg, Traminer red, Hron, Cabernet Sauvignon, Frankovka blue, Neronet and Dornfelder. The average age of the vineyards is 25 years. The total annual production is approximately 25 thousand. bottles and the ratio of white and red wines is 80:20.

Variant B: Roast pork, roast goose, lokshe, roasted fish, Balkan vegetables, home slaughterhouse. Preliminary price calculation: 20-30 € / person + wine priceIn both variants, wines from the current offer of Fedor Malík & syn. Are tasted, while the tasting is associated with an excursion in the company's production facilities and possible tasting of wines from work in progress (tanks, barrels, etc.) Each tasting is specific.
