The Grančičová and Dubovská families (from the mother side of Fialová) took care of St. George's vineyards for many generations. The beginnings date back to the 17th century, you can learn more about them in our winery from pedigrees and family photos. Our joint pilgrimage began in 2003 with the first varieties processed from our vineyards. We made the first two thousand bottles from the varieties Müller Thurgau., Pesecká Leánka and Silván červený.
Today we farm 10 hectares of vineyards in Svätý Jur. The varietal composition is really wide: Rhine Riesling, Italian Riesling, Green Veltlin, Pinot Noir or Pesecká Leánka is the most common thing you can meet in our vineyards. We try to achieve the maximum in our vineyards, because quality wine can only be made from quality grapes.
That is why we focus our great attention and effort on our vineyards. Our grape harvest is not enough to cover our needs, so we buy varieties that we do not have planted in our vineyards in southern Slovakia. Long-term cooperation with Mr. Štefan Šimonek from Svodín has grown into a very close partnership for more than 10 years. Its famous Danube and Cabernet Sauvignon have for years become an integral part of our winery's wine selection.
We believe that the circle of our fans and wine lovers will continue to grow and we will be able to bring them always quality and excellent wines.

In case of interest, we can make a wine tasting on the basis of an agreement with the client. We also offer the possibility of organizing full-day seminars and trainings for companies.
