Since 2009, the ELESKO winery has been producing quality premium wines exclusively from its own grape harvest, which it grows in the Malokarpatska and Tokaj regions. In one of the most modern wine parks in Central Europe, we combine traditional production methods with the most modern technologies.

The philosophy of the company's founders is also reflected in the success of the premium wine ELESKO, which achieves the highest awards every year at international and Slovak exhibitions and competitions. The unique concept includes a gallery of modern art and an excellent restaurant with unique gastronomy.

The ELESKO winery is part of a unique project of the Eastfield investment group. The individual stages of technology include the latest technical and technological knowledge of modern grape processing and wine production. The whole philosophy of production is subject to the quality of the final product. The winery produces wines that are characterized by a high level of sensory composition with an emphasis on the terroir of the site. It is the production of products of European dimensions.

ELESKO is a leader in technologies and innovations ELESKO is a leader in technologies and innovationsModern and innovative technological procedures are based on the most progressive fleet of machines, lines and equipment from the best producers of wine technology. For the needs of management and control of finished products, the company has a comprehensive analyzer, suitable for assessing the chemical composition of musts and wines. All rooms of the production plant are air-conditioned, the exchange of clean air is ensured in them, as well as its optimal and required humidity.

The well-thought-out concept of the construction and operation of the ELESKO wine plant, while respecting its scope, qualitative and innovative structure of the technology park, currently has no competition in Slovakia.

The uniqueness of ELESKO wines lies mainly in the combination of different clones of the selected variety. It is by combining the fruit style with a more elegant mineral, we will achieve high quality and attractiveness of the wine, while the mentioned procedures also help to balance the differences in individual vintages.

ELESKO is able to offer lovers of quality wines a balanced production without quality fluctuations every year. For most varieties, it has two to four different clones planted in its extensive vineyards, some of which are extremely rare and almost inaccessible in the surrounding countries.

Strážca Viníc - stone ELESKO

The symbol and guardian of the ELESKO vineyards is a monumental travertine statue, named after a medieval Slovak guard castle. Blessed ELESKO vineyards guard and protect the stone in the shape of God's eye. You can find it directly in the vineyards of the Little Carpathians near the village Vištuk (near Modra).

SMALL CARPATHIAN REGION

ELESKO currently owns 110 hectares of new vineyards in the Malokarpatska region, which are among the most beautiful in Slovakia. We use the most progressive and modern techniques of grape growing, vineyard cultivation and grape processing. When growing vines, we try to achieve harmony with the soil, vegetation and animal species, we pay attention to ecology and the environment. The basic varietal composition also includes the so-called global varieties such as Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot gris, Gewürtztraminer, Pinot noir and Merlot. "Local" vine varieties, such as Rhine Riesling, Frankovka, Zweigeltrebe and Alibernet, are also represented. We are often awarded for the largest planting of "new nobles" in Slovakia, in the varieties Pálava and Danube.

TOKAJ REGION

In the Tokaj wine-growing region, ELESKO operates in the cadastral area of Malá and Veľká Třňa. The vineyards of the ELESKO company are part of the most famous Tokaj hunt in our country - Lastovičie. Following the tradition of growing Tokaj varieties, ELESKO planted approximately 15 hectares of vineyards at the foot of the Zemplín Hills. In the Tokaj area there are beautiful vineyards of Furmint (4.67 hectares), Lipoviny (4.29 hectares), Yellow Nutmeg (3.19 hectares) and Zeta (3.07 hectares). Zeta is a relatively new variety bred in 1951. It was created by crossing Bouvier's grapes with Furmint and provides fragrant, harmonious, full-bodied wines with fine acids, which decrease with maturation. Zeta is prone to botrytis, which in good weather allows the formation of cibebas and improves the quality of wine. Cibebas are important for the production of Tokaj selections (putna wines).
