Wine is my life's mission, philosophy, art, but also empire and the endless struggle that continuously ends and begins again with a new wine campaign. It is joy and sorrow, hard work and fun, success and failure, happiness and unhappiness, all in one and for a lifetime. The naturalness, fineness, fullness, clarity and overall quality of wines are achieved by traditional production methods, using some modern technologies, without chemicalization or other drastic production interventions. Before bottling, wines are stabilized by freezing method and sterile filtration. Wines produced in this way are not so-called "Dead wines" and therefore we recommend storing them for a long time in dark humid areas with a maximum temperature of 20 ° C. With their unique natural way of production and unique taste and aroma, they have gained a wide clientele and popularity.
