The whole technology - starting with manual harvesting is focused on grape processing. Our company is equipped with the latest grape processing technology and wine production. The grown grapes are processed and matured in the constantly modernized company PEGAS according to the most modern technologies. All our red wines are matured in large oak barrels. The production is focused on varietal wines of quality, archival and attribute line.
The result of following technological procedures are wines with a balanced, clean aroma with a strong varietal character, fresh and delicious taste. The family company PEGAS supplies its own production stores throughout Slovakia. We produce and sell white, red and rosé wines, still and aerated wines, mostly in the category of dry wines.
