The VINKOVA company continues the tradition of family winemaking before 1989, which was operated by Juraj Košťál in a small beer hall on Fučíková Street in Bratislava. After 1990, the winery, which, in addition to Father Juraj, also has sons Juraj and Roman, moved several times around the leased premises. Gradually, the company was based in the Agricultural Cooperative in Jablonec, later in Šenkvice, Vištuk, and in the Modra wineries. Since 2000, VINKOVA has been using its own premises on Tehelná Street near the center of Pezinok.

White wines mature in stainless steel, part red wines in large wooden wines and the rest in barrique barrels, in which part of the production of white wines should mature in the future. The younger Juraj is engaged in wine production and, together with the cellar master, also in logistics, Roman takes care of economic matters and the operation of the company. Eight people work in the winery together with the owners. It is possible to order a tasting either directly to the winery or to the cellar in Pezinok, the optimal number is up to 16 people.
