At present, the company manages 16.5 hectares of vineyards. It uses up to 95 percent of grapes grown in its own vineyards to produce wine, and the remaining 5 percent buys grapes from growers exclusively from the Nitra wine region. The technology is focused on the production of quality quality varietal wines and quality wines psr.
A considerate approach to grape harvesting and processing, and subsequent operations, including controlled fermentation, are set so that the wines reach the highest analytical and sensory parameters.
The company also produces wines that are included in the highest levels of applied categorization in Slovakia. In quality wines with attributes, these are the categories of cabinet, late harvest and selection of grapes, berry selection, raisin selection, ice wine and straw wine.
