In the production of wine, we try to leave the wines their natural character by using only natural yeasts, which are found in the berries of grapes.
The processing and production of wine takes place using modern technologies, but we like to experiment with the fermentation process. The unique character and minerality of our wines is given by the tuff and andesite subsoil originating from the volcanic eruptions of the Štiavnica Hills.
We grow grapes exclusively in Čajkov , where we manage approximately 5 hectares of vineyards in the Sádovie, Podhorie, Vinná Dolina and Deberča hunts.
