Production is built on the tradition of previous generations, but we do not oppose modernization. On the contrary. We have introduced the desilting of musts, the use of selected yeasts, or the cooling of musts during fermentation into the production process.
We cooperate only with the best grape growers from several parts of Slovakia. This ensures that our wines are made from grapes of the highest quality. Thanks to a combination of traditional winemaking techniques and the most modern technologies, we can plug a story full of exceptional taste and aroma into each bottle .
