Farms on about 20 hectares of vineyards. They grow grapes for all wines themselves and give it an above-standard growing service. The wines are produced mainly by the classical method, with the exception of controlled fermentation in some white wines. This means that they retain the natural, characteristic aroma and taste found in the grapes from our Rača floor. Without the use of aromatic yeasts, or enzymes that break down the taste and aroma. After gentle processing of the wine, they are aged in stainless steel tanks, oak or barriques. Wines come on the market without chemical stabilization, so they have room to mature in the bottle.Each type of wine (variety, but also the same variety from another parcel) has its own special taste and aroma, so each wine tastes differently (according to varietal characteristics). with suitable storage, wines also have the potential for several years of aging.
