The average consumer may be surprised by their size as well as their great taste. This is due to the way laying hens are reared and fed. Our hens have a large grassy area, which ensures the supply of nutrients from fresh grass. They are fed unmodified grain and corn, they have constant access to fresh water. Satisfied and healthy hens therefore lay larger eggs than caged laying hens. Therefore, we classify these eggs in size category XL. They are collected daily, thus providing customers with only the freshest eggs. The time of consumption of eggs is marked on each one separately and is valid from the date of collection for 21 days.
