The Dubnica Museum has a patriotic character with a focus on the manor house and the Ilešházi family. The object of interest is also the history of the city, its development, ethnography of the city and the region, important personalities of the city (JB Magin, A. Mesároš, FX Hábel, M. Rešetka ...). In its report it has national cultural monuments (Dubnický manor, Grotta with a lookout tower, which is located in the adjacent park, founded in the early 18th century).
In his collections he has portraits of important representatives of the Ilešházi family and other owners of the Dubnický manor.
