AMBROZIANUM - The memorial room of Bishop Ambróz Lazík, priest Martin Kollár and missionary Don Ľudovít Suchán is open to the public - keys at the Municipal Office in Trstín or at the parish.

On December 7, 1997, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Ambróz Lazík's birth, a memorial service was held in Trstín with the participation of several Slovak bishops. The celebration began with St. Mass in the parish church of St. Peter and Paul. After it, the audience honored the memory of the bishop by visiting his grave in the local cemetery, where they remained in silent prayer. The procession then moved to his hometown, where a plaque was unveiled. A memorial room in "Ambrozián", a church house named after Father Bishop Ambróz, was opened in honor of an important local native.

Bishop Ambróz Lazík was born in Trstín, in 1922 he was ordained a Roman Catholic priest, he served a primitive mass in Hájička in his native village. From 1942 he was a parish priest from Trnava. After the death of Bishop Jantausch in 1947, he took over the leadership of the Trnava Apostolic Administration. He became a bishop in 1949, but the rest of his life was marked by the harsh interference of the communist regime in church administration. In 1968 he took over the leadership of the Association of St. Adalbert. Ambróz Lazík died in Trnava, a month after his death his remains were transported and buried in Trstín.

A bronze memorial plaque at his birthplace was unveiled to him in 1997. It was donated by the natives, the Archbishop's Office in Trnava and the SSV. On the board is the inscription Ave Crux, which A. Lazík chose as his episcopal motto.

M. Kollár was a priest in Trstín from 1892 until his death. He was in poor health and had eye problems. Nevertheless, he had many activities in addition to his pastoral ministry. From 1879 he served on the committee of the Association of St. Adalbert, later he became its vice-chairman and administrator. In 1880 he took over the publishing and editing of the Catholic newspaper. He wanted to give up the newspaper several times, mainly due to problems in gaining subscribers, but he stayed with it until 1904. From 1881 until his death, he edited the periodical Pútnik svätovojtešský. In 1895, he was elected to the Bratislava County Council for Trstín for six years. Twice for the Trnava district, he succeeded in the parliamentary elections to the Hungarian Parliament. In the period 1901-1905 as a candidate of the Slovak National Party and in the period 1906-1910 as a candidate of the Slovak People's Party. He was disgusted by the obstructions imposed by the deputies in the parliament and did not become politically involved in the following period.

In 1923, the Society of St. Adalbert had a dignified tombstone erected on the tomb of M. Kollár.

don Ľudovít Suchán . He was a member of the Salesian Society of St. Ján Bosco and the missionaries. He was born on August 25, 1921 in Trstín. He studied in Šaštín, Trnava, Sv. Beňadik, in Sv. Crosses over Hronom, where Bishop Dr. Andrej Škrábik ordained a priest in June 1949. He began studying at Comenius University in Bratislava, but due to his forcible transfer to a concentration camp in Podolínec, he had to interrupt his studies. After escaping to Italy, he studied canon law at the Pontifical University in Turin from 1950 to 1954. He came to Japan in 1954. During his missionary work in Japan, he worked for the longest time in Tokyo. He died on January 5, 2005 in the town of Beppu on the island of Kyushu, where he is buried together with the Slovak Salesian confreres don Figur and don Folín.
