Exercise for children and babies supports the development of coordination skills, fine and gross motor skills and the transition to other developmental stages of the child.
The exercise is accompanied by children's songs and rhymes, in a playful way, using various aids (small and large fitlots, parachute, circles, musical instruments, balance discs…). Children can easily acquire the right movement habits.
We will also focus on fitness training for children in two age-differentiated groups, 3-5 and 5-7 years, who will learn basic sports activities such as ball games, running, climbing and fit training.
For future mothers, we have prepared activities that increase fitness and vitality during pregnancy.
After the exercise, you have the opportunity to sit with us, in the cafe area, for a good coffee or tea, and feed the baby in a high chair.
