As the only Slovak glacier, it proudly boasts an altitude of 1,252 m above sea level. The Skalka arena mountain resort offers a wide range of gastronomic activities in 2 places as part of the complex. There is free parking in the large car park near the main cable car. Directly in the resort, there are several accommodation options available to you, and if you decide to do so, all you have to do is attach your skis and go down the slope of the difficulty you decide on.
The resort offers more than 5 km of slopes, of which two blue, four red and two black. All tracks are modified with quality technology and thus meet the conditions of even the most demanding, and in case you do not belong to the pros for whom the slope is the second home, Skalka arena is an ideal place to start awakening your skiing passion. Our resort does not forget about snowboard enthusiasts, for whom enough space is reserved.
In addition to traditional downhill skiing, lovers of winter sports can enjoy almost 60 km of cross-country trails at Skalka near Kremnica, which are adapted for both beginners and enthusiasts of this classic sport. The cross-country trails are certified by the International Ski Federation FIS and Euroloppet. The endurance running race Biela stopa, which takes place every year on Skalka near Kremnica, is becoming more and more popular on an international scale.
After quality skiing and winter snow in the snow, the Relax Center is available for visitors directly in the resort. You can indulge in satiety in one of the five saunas, by swimming in the swimming pool with attractions and playing bowling. For the tireless, there is a multi-purpose hall, squash and fitness center.
