The city's cultural center was founded in 1993. We are located in the premises of the Ľudovít Štúr Cultural House, the construction of which was completed in 1956. The center currently employs ten people. In 2016, we changed the name to the Modra Cultural Center. Our mission is to create a diverse range of quality cultural, social and educational events for residents and visitors to Modra in an effort to support tourism in the Lesser Carpathians region.

We create and organize key multi-genre city events, such as the Royal Feast, Modranský Picnic, Cultural Summer, Modranské vintage or Advent Modra. We create a number of smaller events thematically focused on specific target groups in various types of art and specific genres. We provide facilities for community associations and organizations and support the development of local art, art and culture.
