At present, the most valuable monument of the village is the Roman Catholic Church of St. Anny, which is based on a larger late Baroque chapel built in 1772 in honor of the late Katalin Mészáros, born Bogár. The chapel was raised in 1822 (only the nave remained, the original presbytery was demolished) and extended by a part of the nave with a triumphal arch and presbytery to its present form.

The interior and facades of the church were uniformly arranged in the Classicist style. István Pöthe founded the foundation in 1813 to convert the chapel into a church. The renewed tabernacle was consecrated on May 7, 1822 by Bishop Péter Ürményi. Later, the building was only repaired, most recently in 2002 and therefore preserved in its original condition.

The church is a single-nave building with a narrowing presbytery and a segmental enclosure, a sacristy built in and a tower built into the gable façade, covered by a helmet. The tower is divided by lysine frames, sound holes with a half-round end and a target ledge, on which the helmet rests. The nave has a flat ceiling, the presbytery is vaulted with a Prussian vault and conch. Above the entrance to the ship is a three-story three-story brick choir.

The main altar with sculptures of cherubs was late Baroque, of which only the image of St. Anny from the end of the 18th century. The altar was recklessly removed during the interior design of the church in 1980. On the side altar is a statue of the Divine Heart of Jesus, above which is a cross with a polychrome corpus. On the second side altar is a statue of Mary's Immaculate Heart, next to the sculpture of St. Anton and Jesus Christ. In 1980, the pulpit dating from the time of the construction of the church was removed, on the windowsill of which were reliefs of four evangelists. The benches are Baroque-Classicist from around 1800. The church is decorated with several statues and paintings. There are two pilgrimage stops in the ship. The baptistery on a round leg with an age-finished sculpture of the Baptism of Jesus Christ dates back to the time the church was built. In the niche of the presbytery is a reliquary and a statue of the Virgin Mary. The Lourdes Cave under the choir with a statue of the Virgin Mary of Lourdes was built in the 1970s. On the wall of the nave is a memorial plaque of 17 victims of World War I made of black marble in a profiled frame, which was installed in 1922. Memorial plaque of 12 victims of World War II. World War II made of black marble in a profiled frame was installed here in 1991. The choir is a dysfunctional harmony from the late 19th century, the old organ was imported here in recent times. In the tower are hung two bronze bells, the smaller with a relief of Jesus Christ from 1808, the larger consecrated St. Elizabeth of 1926th

The local Roman Catholic parish was founded in 1790, but the parish priest Sebestyén P. Szentes has been active here since 1789. During his long service until 1826 (he died here and is also buried) he did a piece of meritorious work, when the school was founded, the chapel was extended to a church and he started to keep the local registry office. Later, several pastors worked here.
Over time, the small ground-floor rectangular square building built at the end of the 18th century and covered with a cane roof did not meet the housing requirements and was therefore modified and rebuilt several times. This created a ground-floor building on an L-shaped floor plan with a 4-axis facade, which was opened to the courtyard by a pillar corridor. Since In 2002, a new parish building was built, so it is hoped that they will soon have their own parish priest in Dolný Bar as well.
