Plavecký hrad or Plaveč [1] (formerly also called Detrech, Polovcov Castle, Podplšec) is a castle ruin located above the village of Plavecké Podhradie on Pohanská Hill at the western foot of the Little Carpathians. On the northern slope is the entrance to the Swimming Cave.
