The process of pressing apples and obtaining apple juice
Apples in the waterway
Before preparing the juice itself, the apples go through a thorough cleansing. They are transported by elevator to the waterway.
Apples on a conveyor
The conveyor transports the apples to the press itself, chopping them into small pieces beforehand.
Pressing apples and fruits
The blue fabric tightly surrounds the cylinder and thus comes to the pressing of apples or fruit.
Dry apple pulp
After thoroughly pressing the apples or other fruit, dry pulp is formed. Great as homemade muesli.
Pasteurization of apple juice
Apple juice obtained by pressing must undergo a pasteurisation process at the prescribed temperatures. This process stabilizes and stores it for further use.
Filling apple juice
The pressed apple juice is filled into prepared bags, which are then placed in boxes after cooling.
