Municipal Museum - was opened in 1996 and is operated by the municipality of Veľká Mača. The exhibition is built from the collections of the Museum of National History in Galanta and the local population. It has a patriotic character and gives a picture of the oldest history of the village and settlements, its surroundings in the light of archaeological finds, historical documents, especially developments in the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as folk traditions of the village and knowledge of nature.

The most numerous are exhibits that represent the development of the settlement of Veľká Mača and the wider area from the Middle Stone Age to the Middle Ages. The reconstruction of the grave of an old Hungarian warrior with a horse is interesting. The exhibited ethnographic material comes from the private collections of the local population.
