Led by chef Martin Kurhajc , the Al Lago restaurant serves traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a selection of Slovak specialties. The emphasis is mainly on fresh and original ingredients and therefore the dishes retain the correct original taste. The pizza is made from Italian Caputo flour, steaks are prepared from aged Argentinian sirloin and Demikát soup thickened with dumplings. When preparing meals, we do not use artificial flavors and flour for thickening. For vegetarians, we have a wide selection of dishes as well as gluten-free pasta and pizza for celiacs. In case of any other requirements, we can be fully helpful.
The quality of our restaurant was also evaluated by the TREND TOP Restaurants and Hotels in Slovakia project.
We offer accommodated guests the possibility of half board - and dinner in the form of a 4 - course menu - appetizer, soup, main course - choice of 3 meals and dessert.
For non-accommodated guests, the restaurant is open daily from 12:00 until 22:00, offering à la carte meals. In the Al Lago restaurant, we prepare seasonal offers for our guests every year.
