The spa park was established in 1873 by the spa administration and an artificial lake (Swan Lake) was built on its territory by modifying the Teplička River, which originally served as a swimming pool. Not only the area of the park (18 ha) is significant, but also the number of unique trees that are in the park. On the islet of the lake we find a protected yew tree, which likes a marshy environment.

An interesting tree is also a two-year-old small-leaved linden, but there is also a tulip lily, plane trees, metasequoia, gledici and many other foreign woody plants.
