The house was originally renaissance, restored in 1865. Since then, there is a town administration in this building. In the middle of the roof is a neo-Gothic shield with the coat of arms of the town of Svätý Jur. On the ground floor is the city museum with many rare exhibits documenting the history of the city. It is a historical exposition of the Homeland Studies and Literary Museum in Svätý Jur.
