During World War II, in 1944, this temple was severely damaged. Its architectural design gives the impression of massiveness. The wooden church in the village of Uličské Krivé was built in a log style on a stone foundation. It consists of a shrine, a nave and a vestibule. The temple has two towers. The upper tower is above the vestibule, the lower tower is above the sanctuary. Each temple tower has a dome and a three-armed iron cross. The temple towers and the temple roof are covered with chipped wooden shingles. Three bells hang in the upper tower of the temple. The oldest of them dates from 1811. The main entrance to the church is from the western part to the vestibule.
The temple has an iconic wall with three doors, which stands between the temple tower and the shrine. This iconostasis dates from the 18th century. It consists of five rows of icons. In the main line of the iconostasis are the following icons: St. Nicholas of Myra, St. The Mother of God Hodegetria (signpost), Christ the Teacher and Master, the Church of the Archangel Michael. The imperial door consists of two wings with images of the pedigree of Christ (the so-called "Jesse's tree"). On the lining of the imperial door is shown on the left St. Basil the Great and on the right St. Ján Zlatoústy. Above the main line of the iconostasis is a series of icons of the great Byzantine holidays with the icon of the Last Supper. Above the row of holiday icons is a row of holy apostles with the icon of Christ the High Priest with the Mother of God and John the Baptist. Above the line of holy apostles is a line of Old Testament prophets. For spatial reasons, this iconostasis lacks a cross. The fifth row of icons is located below the main row of the iconostasis. It contains the following icons: Appearance of St. Nicholas by the three dukes, praying Mother of God (Oranta), St. Peter and St. Paul.
