Rajtopíky (Rock window)

The western part of the Branisko mountain range is filled by the Rajtopíky hill, which is part of the nature reserve of the same name. It is a place unknown to tourists, where you can enjoy beautiful and undisturbed tourism.

The top rock offers really distant views in good weather. You will see an enchanting panorama, which will be dominated by the Tatras, Kráľova Hoľa or Spiš Castle.

In addition to views, however, Rajtopíky also offer a natural curiosity - a rock window. It is a 4 meter high dolomite rock gate, through which it is possible to pass. There are also smaller caves in the area.

The easiest way to get to Rajtopíky is from the village of Dúbrava along the blue and green marked hiking trail (approx. 3 km). The route is relatively undemanding, only the last ascent sections are steeper.
