The Roman Catholic Church has the longest traditions in the village and is still the most numerous. The religious community was founded in the 13th century. and it has written registers from 1732. The church, resp. parts of the church whose patron is John the Baptist, were built in different periods. The back of the so-called small sacristy, was founded in 1250 of burnt bricks in the Romanesque style. The shrine was built in 1456 and the main nave in the years 1549-1577.
