The Baroque chapel from the end of the 18th century was modified in 1908. It was built by Ján Balogh. The building has a polygonal closure and a partially rebuilt tower on the facade, which is terminated by a pyramidal roof at the top with a decorated metal cross. The facades are divided by lysine frames.

According to tradition, the parents of the Virgin Mary were called Joachim and Anna. The name Anna means grace, love, prayer and enjoys great respect among believing Christians, not only in Slovakia but all over the world. Sv. Anna is the patron saint of miners, the poor and the hard-working.
