In Slovakia and throughout Central Europe, St. John of Nepomuk until our time among the most revered saints. He lived in the 14th century, worked in Bohemia and died as a martyr to preserve the secret. According to other characteristics, St. Ján Nepomucký is also a patron of a safe journey and a happy return, so these statues are placed at crossroads and bridges. Statue of St. Ján Nepomucký is located at the lower end of the village at the crossroads towards Dolná Dubová and Nižná (under the linden trees). There is a CK 1780 mark on the statue. In 1950, Bango and his wife had the statue restored.
