Monument closed due to reconstruction! This late Baroque building (Rococo pavilion) dates from the period of Talherr's reconstruction of the manor and the park (between 1793 and 1798). The pavilion is a small block solitary two-storey residential building with a square floor plan. The composer thus lived in a "house" and its current use is related to this - since the end of 1992 it has served a museum purpose as the Ludwig van Beethoven Memorial and the Beethoven tradition has become an integral part of the manor's history.

We should not doubt Beethoven's stays in Krupa. In the Brunswick family, memories of him were passed down from generation to generation. "Beethoven's corner" was called a place in the fresco room where the piano stood, he had to compose the sonata by boating on the lake, he sat on a favorite bench in the park, he inserted love messages into the hollow of an old tree or how he could not dine with the manor due to unhungered ways ... Apart from his unnatural behavior, his unborn origin was also the reason why he did not live with the manor in the manor house, but in a house intended for the gardener (Gärtners Wohnung).
