SNP monument on the hill Roh - Lubina

History
The low hill Roh rises above the picturesque village of Lubina. The hill itself is covered with dense pine, only the top is deforested and there is a monument to the SNP, the work of arch. Ján Svetlík and acad. sculptor Rudolf Uhr. amätník is also the last resting place of 45 partisans. In the northern part is a statue of a warrior. On both sides of the area there are 7 stone blocks with the names of villages and settlements involved in the resistance below Javorina.

From the place of reverence, there are views of Veľká Javorina, the castles of Čachtice and Branč, and the Kopanice in the Myjava Uplands. The SNP Memorial on Roh Hill is also the scene of annual reverential commemorations held on the occasion of the SNP Regional Celebrations.
