The Calvary ensemble is located on a slope above the village. The individual stops are made of stone pylons, on which scenes of the Way of the Cross are depicted on pictorial reliefs. They are complemented by three stone crosses. The stone sculpture is only on the central cross of Christ, the crosses of thieves are without corpora. The entrance to Calvary is foreshadowed by the statue of St. Michal Archangel in an open brick shelter, around which there are stone steps to ascend to the stops of the Stations of the Cross.

The Calvary in Borinka was built by Bishop Michal Bubnič of Rožňava in the 1930s and 1940s near his birthplace.
