History
Next to the Parish Church of St. Michael the Archangel stands the Chapel of St. Anny. Its Gothic foundations point to the origin of the building in the 14th-15th centuries. century, but so far no older - Romanesque origin is excluded. The chapel is documented only in 1559, when the visitor of the Głogów parish describes it as "sacellum pulchrum in cemeterio" - "a nice chapel in the cemetery" (which stretches around the parish church). During this period it served as a city carner.
