The hospital served as a shelter for the sick and poorest inhabitants of the medieval city, and the church provided religious education for the hospital's staff. From the Middle Ages, it served as a shelter for the sick and poor, later as an old house and a hospital building. At present, after extensive reconstruction, church ceremonies are being carried out in the church and the parish office is located in the rest of the building. The church has a preserved Gothic building core, a rectangular floor plan with one corner pillar (originally there were four). The most architecturally significant are the original windows in the south wall of the church. The west window has a simple three-leaf tracery and the east window is decorated with a rich floral motif tracery.
