History
The three-story building was built in the classicist style in 1777-1779 in the middle of the square. The main entrance is located on the north side, the main facade is oriented to the south. From the outside, the town hall is decoratively highlighted on both sides with half-columns, Ionic capitals, laurel garlands and medallions. In the foyer on the ground floor there is a representative wall of the coats of arms of the partner cities and the original statue of the Immaculate Conception from the Marian column. The town hall building is the seat of the mayor.

The interior decoration is also remarkable. The most interesting room is the ceremonial hall located in the middle of the building, extending over two floors, in which solemn ceremonies (welcoming of children, marriages, reception of jubilants and important guests) are regularly held.

The Town Hall is a National Cultural Monument.
