The church of St. John the Baptist was built in 1781 on the hill opposite the place where the old parish church stood until then. However, it burned down several times, and after the last fire in 1777, the Esterházy estate decided to build a new church on the current site. Two Renaissance tombstones with reliefs of noblemen, according to the equipment of fighters against the Turks, were transferred from the old church to the new one. The boards are set on both sides of the door inside the church. They are well preserved.
