The Mórico Beňovský monument, which is the work of acad. sculptor Anton Gábrik and acad. painter Igor Piačka, decorated since 2012 park in the center of the city. It represents a globe on which a bronze figure of the famous Vrbovčan is placed in half-kneeling position. His life story is captured in a bronze relief that encircles the globe.
