In 1811-15 he worked as the personal physician of Baron Alojz Medňanský, the owner of the mansion in Rakovice. The pond in the grounds of the mansion was built in 1816-17 at the site of the urinals on hemp. Until 1945, a small island was part of it. There are domestic and foreign woods.
