Currently, the community consists of 43 sisters and is the largest community in the Slovak province. The monastery in Vrbovo is a charity home for elderly and sick sisters. Imitating the suffering Christ, these sisters beg God's blessing for the holy Church and the whole world.
The center of the sisters' daily life is the Eucharist and liturgical prayer. The Sisters take the common liturgy of the hours as their special mission and emphasize its joint action.
As the Eucharist is given and is for everyone, so the sisters try to be there for everyone; for those among whom they live but also for those to whom they are sent. Each sister participates in the spread of the Gospel according to her apostolic gifts; "prepared for every good work". In the spirit of the new Evangelization, the sisters want to be useful to the modern poor and needy. Bringing the peace of Christ into the uncertainty of today's world. To bring truth, hope and love to the people of today, bringing them closer to the Eucharistic Jesus and His word. Nurses visit elderly and sick people in the Nursing Home. Every Sunday, in addition to spiritual encouragement, they also bring Holy Communion.
What the sisters can offer everyone is prayer support before the Most Holy Altar Sacrament.
