The first city villa on Pieska was built by the city of Modra based on the plans of Ján Dorringer in 1889. The building also includes a summer tourist hostel. In the later period, a school class was set up in the town villa, in which the writer, editor and teacher Ferdinand Dúbravský and later in 1931 the writer Fraňo Kráľ taught the children of Huncoka to write.
