It is located at the beginning of the village (in the direction from Kysucké Nové Mesto), by the main road, at an altitude of 426 m. After the local parish church of St. Ján Nepomucký from 1816, it is the largest sacred building in Nesluš. The chapel was built during the work of priest Karol Mišík also in honor of the victims of the First World War, which took its bloody toll in Nesluš.
