History
The Mausoleum of the Chotek family was completed in 1895 at the order of the owner of the manor, Rudolf Chotek, who had his young daughter and wife buried there. It is called the neo-renaissance adjective and we include it as exemplary examples of non-serviced architecture from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries in our territory. In 1946, the last member of the family, Maria Henrieta Choteková - the pink count (born 1863) - was buried there. The mausoleum is a completely unique and most underappreciated historical building in Dolná Krupa.
