At the step foot of the rectangular floor plan is a pedestal topped by a profiled head, on which is a cross with the Crucified. There is a marble plaque in the pedestal with the inscription: Turn your eyes to the cross of Christ when your heart presses pain there you will find pleasure Christian sorrow. This tree of Lutheran salvation was built with pious intention by the citizen of Pustapack, Štefan Morvay, from his wife Kristína, born in Orlické
